Canigen DH(A2) PPI/LR Rx

G: Viral strains of distemper, contagious hepa­titis, parvovirus disease and parainfluenza have been attenuated and produced on cell cultures. The inactivation of the cultures of Leptospira is achieved by chemical treatment w/ thimerosal. The rabies strain is a fixed strain produced on a Hamster cell line, inactivated w/ b-propiolactone. Per dose: Canine distemper virus (live) at least 103 TCID50, canine contagious hepatitis virus CAV2 (live) at least 300 TCID50, canine parvo­virus virus (live) at least 104 TCID50, canine para­influenza virus (live) at least 105 TCID50, Leptospira interrogans icterohaemorrhagiae (inactivated) at least 800 x 106 bacteria, rabies virus (inactivated) at least 1 I.U.

I: Active immunization of dogs against canine distemper, contagious hepatitis, parvovirus disease, parainfluenza virus infection (kennel cough), leptospirosis and rabies. Dogs should be 12 wks of age or over.

D: 1 dose (1 mL) regardless of wt or age. Inj 1 mL (1 dose) SC or IM after rehydration of the freeze-dried fraction w/ the liquid fraction. Primovaccinations: 2 doses, 2 wks apart. 2nd dose can be performed w/ the following valences only: D, HA2, P, Pi and L. Boosters: 1 dose annual­ly for continuous protection.

CI: Do not vaccinate sick or convalescent animals.

P: Vaccinate only healthy and dewormed animals. Use immediately after reconstitution.

Per dose: Canine distemper virus (live) at least 103 TCID50, canine contagious hepatitis virus (live) at least 300 TCID50, canine parvovirus (live) at least 105 TCID50, canine parainfluenza virus (live) at least 105 TCID50, Leptospira interrogans canicola (inactivated) at least 800 x 106 bacteria, Leptospira interrogans ictero­haemorrhagiae (inactivated) at least 800 x 106 bacteria.

I: Active immunization of healthy dogs against canine distemper, contagious hepatitis, parvo-virus disease, parainfluenza virus infection (kennel cough) and leptospirosis.

D: Inj 1 dose (1 mL)/animal SC or IM after re­hydra­tion of the freeze-dried fraction w/ the liquid fraction. Vaccination can be carried out in dogs from 8 wks of age. Primary vaccination: 2 doses are required w/ 2 wks interval between inj. To maintain protection, an annual booster dose is required.

P: Do not vaccinate sick or convalescent animals.
